On the previous trips,
we took the foreign teachers to experience
the natural scenery and local customs of Bao’an.
Today,
students from Bao’an NO. 1 Foreign Language School
took their foreign teachers to the New Technology
and Product Exhibition Center of the Bay Area
to take a glance at the technological
and industrial development of Bao’an.
湾区新技术新产品展示中心被誉为深圳西部第一个集产品展示、技术成果转化交易和知识产权保护的“三位一体”服务平台。
The New Technology and Product Exhibition Center of the Bay Area enjoys the fame as the first service platform for the display of products, the trade of technological outcomes, and the protection of intellectual property rights in the west of Shenzhen.

Entering the spacious exhibition hall on the second floor,
the students and their teachers came across
a lovely intelligent robot named Xiao π.
The students showed their foreign teachers
how intelligent Xiao π is.
小π是深圳市奇信智能科技有限公司的核心产品之一，它采用了全球领先的VR智能机器人技术，能够识别中文语音，提供客户接待、物联智控、娱乐互动、天气查询、环境检测等服务。
Xiao π is one of the core products of Shenzhen Qixin Smart Science & Technology Co., Ltd. It applies world-leading VR intelligent robotic technology and is capable of providing services such as Chinese speech recognition, guest reception, smart control over the internet of things, entertainment, weather report and environment monitoring.

Guided by Xiao π,
they viewed Get Together in Bao’an,
a big screen where information about
different companies in Bao’an are demonstrated,
and the intelligent management system of the mansion.
Students made clear and detailed introduction.
Realizing how they work,
the foreign teachers were lavish in their praise for them.

变化之大，令人惊叹
Finally,
the students took foreign teachers
to learn about the history of the industrial development
and related data of Bao’an
in the past 40 years since the beginning of
Reform and Opening-up.
Carrying forward the spirit of special economic zones
of being enterprising, pioneering and hard-working,
Bao’an has already evolved into
a top district of industry and innovation in China.
The foreign teachers were amazed at
the big and quick changes of Bao’an.
旅程结束后
外教Marc表示
宝安是一个年轻活力的地方
他非常高兴能工作和生活在这里
他希望宝安能发展得更好更先进
他相信科技和人才
会给宝安一个光明的未来
At the end of trip,
Marc, one of the foreign teachers, said that
Bao’an was a dynamic region.
He felt so happy to live and work in Bao’an
and hoped that Bao’an would develop into
a better and more advanced region in the years to come.
He believed that technology and talents
would help Bao’an step into a bright future.
