深圳市人才研修院
Shenzhen Talent Institute
深圳市人才研修院成立于2016年10月，坐落在西丽湖畔，毗邻西丽湖国际科教城，目前建成区占地面积430亩。主要职能是开展人才国情研修，为人才提供学术交流、企智资智对接、创新成果展示、健康管理、政策宣传等服务，打造人才国情研修、学术交流、智力转化、健康管理四大平台。
Shenzhen Talent Institute (STI), established in October 2016, is located beside the Xili Lake, adjacent to Xili Lake International Science and Education Town, with a total built-up area of 430 mu (equivalent to 286,667 m²). It mainly functions as a place for carrying out research and training for talents on China's national conditions, providing talents with services such as academic exchanges, matchmaking of enterprise intelligence and resource intelligence, display of innovation achievements, health recuperation and careand policy publicity, aiming to become a platform for research and training on China's national conditions, academic exchanges, intelligence transformation and health management.
深圳市人才研修院设施齐全，环境优美，营造园林式研修环境。院区设有“人才之家”，建有智汇中心、院士楼、学术报告厅、深圳人才史馆、人才图书馆、健康管理中心、人才服务站、人才餐厅等，为高层次人才研修、会议、交流、保健提供全方位服务支撑。
STI has both well-equipped facilities and beautiful landscape, providing a garden-like training environment for talents. A "Home for Talents" will be created, which are composed of the Talents Center, Academician House, Lecture Hall, Shenzhen Talent History Exhibition, Talent Library, Health Management Center, Talent Service Station, Talent Restaurant, etc., aiming to provide full service support for high-level talents including training, conferences, exchanges and health care.
深圳市人才研修院自成立以来举办了34期国情研修班，举办院士讲座、人才论坛等活动近400场，吸引参与活动的高层次人才近12000人次，接待院士包括诺贝尔奖获得者近180名，成为新时代引领、服务高层次人才的主阵地。
Since its establishment, STI has held 34 seminars on China's national conditions, nearly 400 academician lectures, talent forums and other activities, attracted nearly 12,000 high-level talents, and received nearly 180 academicians including Nobel Prize winners. It has become a main base for leading and serving high-level talents in the new era.

香蜜湖街道
Xiangmihu Sub-district
香蜜湖街道环境优美，交通便利，生活配套设施齐全，无城中村，无规模以上工业区、产业园区，呈现典型的城市商贸、居住区格局。多年来，香蜜湖街道一直秉承“以项目带创建、以活动促交流”的理念，致力于打造国际化街区。2014年，东海社区成为深圳市首批建设国际化社区的试点社区；2019年，街道被纳入深圳首批国际化街区创建点，2020年又被评为全市国际人才街区创建点。
Xiangmihu Sub-district boasts a beautiful environment, convenient transportation, and complete life support facilities. Without an urban village or industrial zone/park above the designated size, it features a pattern of typical urban business and residential area. Over the past years, Xiangmihu Sub-district has been adhering to the concept of "driving construction with projects and promoting exchange with activities" and committed to building an international neighborhood. In 2014, Donghai Community was ratified as one of the first batch of pilot communities in Shenzhen to build international communities. In 2019, Xiangmihi Sub-district was included in the first batch of pilot sub-district for building international neighborhood in Shenzhen, and in 2020, it was rated as a pilot sub-district for building international talent neighborhood.
目前，香蜜湖街道围绕着国际人才街区创建点的建设，依托深圳国际交流中心、国际演艺中心、深圳改革开放展览馆和金融文化中心等重点工程建设，逐步提升街区国际化软硬件水平，构建世界品质、配套完善、人才融合、开放共享的国际人才街区创建点网络。
At present, Xiangmihu Sub-district is centered around the building of an international talent neighborhood. By relying on the construction of key projects such as Shenzhen International Exchange Center, International Performing Arts Center, Shenzhen Reform and Opening Up Exhibition Hall, and Financial and Cultural Center, the Sub-district is aimed to gradually improve the international competitiveness in hardware and software of the neighborhood and build a network of international talent neighborhoods with world-class quality, complete support facilities, diversified talent, and shared outcomes.

桂园街道
Guiyuan Sub-district
桂园街道地处罗湖中心区，蔡屋围600余年历史传奇积淀，四大银行总部、华润万象城、京基100、地王大厦、深圳书城、深圳市大剧院皆汇聚于此，是历史与现代的完美结合。如今，桂园街道再次抓住了历史发展的机遇，成为深圳首批20个“国际化街区”创建单位之一，将打造成集金融、商贸、消费、文化于一体的国际化高地，为构建深圳全市国际化街区网络提供先行经验和示范样板。
Located in the central area of Luohu district, Guiyuan Sub-district is home to a more than six-hundred-year old historical legend, Caiwuwei, and the headquarters of four major banks, The MIXC, Jingji 100, Diwang Building, Shenzhen Book City and Shenzhen Grand Theatre all gather here, forming a perfect combination of history and modernity. Now, it has once again seized the historical opportunity and became one of the first batch of 20 "international blocks" in Shenzhen, which will become an internationalized highland integrating finance, commerce, consumption and culture, providing advanced experience and demonstration model for the construction of Shenzhen's international block network.
2020年，桂园街道建立境外人员服务专窗和外国人一站式办事及咨询服务平台，秉承“开放、包容、多元、分享”的理念为境外人员提供两大类别共20余个涉外事项业务的办理和咨询服务。除此之外, 中心还会联合社会组织举办丰富的文化交流活动，为辖区外籍人士提供全面了解中国国情、学习中国语言和文化、融入社区生活创造良好平台。
In 2020, Guiyuan Sub-district will establish an expats service window and a one-stop consulting service platform for foreigners, embracing the concept of "openness, inclusiveness, diversity, and sharing" to provide foreign personnel with services of more than 20 foreign-related matters. In addition, Guiyuan Sub-district will also organize plentiful cultural exchange activities with social organizations providing its foreign residents with a good platform to fully understand China's national conditions, learn Chinese language and culture, and integrate into community life.

蛇口街道
Shekou Sub-district
蛇口街道坐拥深圳湾口岸，毗邻香港，其得天独厚的地理位置、特色鲜明的渔村文化，安全宜居的街区环境和丰富的教育资源，吸引众多国际人才到此定居。蛇口街道利用创建国际化人才街区创建点的天然优势，克服涉外管理和服务方面的难点，形成国际人才“数量多，范围广，层次丰富”的特点。
With Hong Kong readily accessible through Shenzhen Bay Port, Shekou Sub-district's strategic location, unique culture of fishing villages, safe and livable communities and educational strength have helped to attract many international talents to settle here. By leveraging the inherent strengths of the "international blocks", Shekou managed to solve the pain points in the management and services of foreign professionals to build a "massive, diversified and well-structured" international talent pool.

招商街道
Zhaoshang Sub-district
招商街道是深圳改革开放“第一炮”打响的地方，中国第一个对外开放园区在此诞生。作为全市首批国际化街区创建点、国际人才街区创建点，招商街道秉承“开放、包容、多元、共享”理念，创新国际化机制、依托国际化平台、联动国际化组织、成就国际化人才、引领国际化社区，打造集对外交流、自由贸易、滨海休闲于一体的国际交往典范街区，创造了诸多第一：建立了全国第一个街道级创投联盟、全国第一个街道级来华工作许可办理点，发布了全国第一本国际化街区建设白皮书；成立了全市第一大国际文化交流平台、全市第一家外籍居民服务点、全市第一支国际志愿者队伍，举办了全市第一个双语中共党史展、制定了第一本双语垃圾分类手册、双语市民手册、双语便民指南。
Zhaoshang Sub-district is a pioneer of the Reform and Opening-up program, it cultivated the first public industrial zone in China. As one of the first international communities in Shenzhen, Zhaoshang Sub-district realizes the idea of "Open, inclusive, pluralistic and sharing". The Sub-district has been a model area for international exchanges, free trades and coastal entertainment via its international standards, international platforms, international organizations and international talents. As far as internationalization, the Sub-district is the first in many fields nationwide, it has established the first Sub-district level Venture Capital Alliance, the first sub-district level Foreigners' Work Permit Service Center and the first "White Paper on Building International Community". Shenzhen's biggest international cultural exchange platform, Shenzhen's first foreign residents' service center and Shenzhen's first international volunteer team were also built by Zhaoshang Sub-district. The Sub-district first exhibited the bilingual history of the Communist Party of China, published city's first bilingual Waste Classification Guidebook and city's first bilingual guidebook for expats.

Meisha Sub-district
梅沙街道积极落实盐田区高质量全面建成宜居宜业宜游的现代化国际化创新型滨海城区战略，瞄准世界级都市型滨海旅游度假区、世界级山海花城、人与自然和谐共生典范城区、民生幸福引领标杆目标，聚焦“美好梅沙品质街区”建设，抢抓机遇、锐意创新，大力实施“国际化梅沙”行动计划，以高质量国际人才街区创建点建设助推城市功能、治理提质升级，着力打造生态最优越、发展最“绿色”、服务最到位、民生最幸福的高品质国际化街区，最美梅沙的“国际范”进一步彰显。
Meisha Sub-district has actively implemented the strategy of Yantian District to build a modern, internationalized and innovative coastal urban area with high quality in all respects, that is livable, ideal for business and tourism. It has aimed at a world-class urban coastal tourist resort, a world-class mountain, sea and flower city, a model urban area for the harmonious coexistence of man and nature and a leading benchmark goal for people’s livelihood and happiness. It has focused on the construction of "Beautiful Meisha, Quality Sub-district", seized opportunities and determined to innovate. It has vigorously implemented the "Internationalized Meisha" action plan and promoted the upgrading of urban functions and governance with the construction of high-quality international talent block. It has also strived to create a high-quality international neighborhood with the most ecologically superior, the "greenest" development, the best services, and the happiest livelihood of the people. The international feature of the most beautiful Meisha has further demonstrated.
2019年12月，梅沙街道被列入深圳市首批国际化街区创建名单，2020年11月，被认定为深圳市首批国际人才街区创建点。连续举办两届梅沙国际珊瑚节，依托辖区国际化资源，积极推动国际文化与传统文化融合，推动外籍居民融入社区，国际化氛围浓郁。
In October 2019, Meisha Sub-district was included in the list of the first batch pilot of internationalized talent blocks in Shenzhen. In November 2020, it was identified as the first batch pilot of international talent blocks in Shenzhen. The Meisha International Coral Festival has been held for two consecutive times, relying on the international resources of the jurisdiction, actively promoting the integration of international culture and traditional culture, and promoting the integration of foreign residents into the community, with a strong international atmosphere.

新安街道
Xin'an Sub-district
“新安”一名，源于明朝万历元年，从东莞县析置新安县，取“革故鼎新，去危为安”之意。新安，雄踞湾区核心之核。地处粤港澳大湾区空间之核、深中产业拓展走廊和广深港澳科技创新走廊的必由之地，深圳产业西协、前海纵深发展不可逾越的桥头堡，2.8公里海岸线尽揽世界级滨海人文活力区。
"Xin'an", a geographic name originated from the first year of Wanli of the Ming Dynasty, means Xin'an County separated from Dongguan County, taking the meaning of "reform and innovation, be safe without danger". Xin'an is the core of the Bay Area. Located at the core of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the essential location of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Industrial Development Corridor and the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong-Macao Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, Xin'an is an insurmountable bridgehead for the deep development of Shenzhen industrial cooperation with west bank region of the Pearl River and Qianhai Cooperation Zone. The 2.8-km coastline embraces the world-class coastal and cultural vitality area.
新安历史久远，人文荟萃，孕育出南粤孝子黄舒、开国少将黄远、武术名家黄连胜等历史文化名人。当前，新安紧紧围绕粤港澳大湾区和先行示范区建设，紧扣“湾区核心、智创高地、共享家园”，坚持高端引领，智造优先，已形成与现代化城区相匹配的高端产业结构。凸显现代城市高端业态特征的“一心一轴两核心多商圈”产业空间布局，已在新安初步形成，未来，新安发展独占鳌头，势必成为粤港澳大湾区的一颗璀璨明珠，绽放出耀眼的光芒。
Xin'an has a long history and a galaxy of talents. It nurtured the filial son Huang Shu, the founding major general Huang Yuan, the famous master Huang Liansheng and other historical and cultural celebrities. At present, Xin'an focuses on the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Pilot Demonstration Zone, adheres to the "core of the Bay Area, intellectual innovation highland and sharing homeland", sticks to the high-end guidance and priority of intelligent manufacturing, and has formed a high-end industrial structure matching the modern urban area. In the future, Xin'an will take the lead in development; the industrial spatial layout of "one center, one axis, two cores and multiple business circles", which highlights the characteristics of modern urban high-end business forms, has been initially formed in Xin'an. Xin'an is bound to become a bright pearl in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, shining with dazzling light.

坂田街道
Bantian Sub-district
坂田街道（坂雪岗科技城）在龙岗区西部，位于福田、龙岗、龙华三区交界处，地处深、莞、惠三市几何中心，是国家高新区、粤港澳大湾区重要节点、深圳市“中优”战略重点建设片区之一、龙岗区“数字信息核”，被《深圳市建设中国特色社会主义先行示范区重点工作计划（2020-2022年）》赋予打造世界级电子信息产业集群承载区的重大使命。街道下辖12个社区，16个居委会，21个股份合作公司，面积28.51平方公里。
Bantian Sub-district is located in the west of Longgang District, at the junction of Futian, Longgang and Longhua Districts. It is also in the geometric center of Shenzhen, Dongguan and Huizhou. It is the most important construction of Guangdong-HongKong-Macao Greater Bay Area's development strategy. The Sub-district is given a major mission to build a world-class electronic information industry cluster bearing area by Shenzhen. It has 12 communities, 16 neighborhood committees and 21 joint-stock cooperative companies, covering an area of 28.51 km².
坂田是世界级龙头企业华为公司总部所在地，拥有包括华为、康冠、航嘉驰源等知名企业在内的461家国家级高新技术企业。辖区年产值过亿级企业达40家，其中千亿级企业1家，各级科创平台18个。
Bantian is the location of headquarter of Huawei, which is a world-class leading enterprise. Including Huawei, it totally has 461 state-level high-tech enterprises, such as KTC, Hangjia Chiyuan and other well-known enterprises. There are 40 enterprises with an annual output value of more than 100 million RMB in the area, and one is more than 100 billion RMB. There are 18 science and technology platform in the jurisdiction in total.

民治街道
Minzhi Sub-district
民治国际人才街区创建点位于深圳市龙华区民治街道，总占地面积约7.5平方公里。街区区位交通便利，距离福田中心区约3.5公里，有地铁4号、5号、6号线过境，华南地区特大型交通枢纽深圳北站位于街区内。街区产业空间丰富，有总部大厦、深港创新中心、龙华创新中心等，总建筑面积达17.7万平方米。街区环境品质突出，公共配套完善，有红山6979等大型商业综合体，市美术馆新馆、市第二图书馆等文体设施正在建设中。街区后发优势明显，街区内北站国际商务区是全市重点开发建设区域，未来拟打造为“国际会客厅”，是深圳做强中部组团的关键节点。
Minzhi International Talent Community is located in Minzhi Sub-district, Longhua District, Shenzhen, covering an area of approximately 7.5 square kilometers. The Community owns unique location which is about 3.5 kilometers away from Futian CBD, with Metro Line 4, Line 5 and Line 6 running through it. Shenzhen North Railway Station, a large-scale transportation hub in South China, is also located within the Community. The Community has sufficient industrial carriers, including Headquarters Building, Shenzhen-Hong Kong Innovation Center, Longhua Innovation Center, etc., with a total construction area of 177,000 square meters. Further, it enjoys favourable environment quality and complete public facilities. There are large commercial complexes like Hongshan 6979 and recreational and sports facilities such as the New Building of Shenzhen Art Museum, the Shenzhen Second Library and so on are under construction. The evident late-developing advantages of the Community is obvious. The Shenzhen North International Business District in the Community is one of the city's key development and construction areas, which is intended to become an "International Reception Hall", and is a key node for Shenzhen to strengthen its central cluster.
民治国际人才街区创建点依托深圳北国际人才驿站、人才绿道、红山国际服务中心、港澳青年创新创业中心等重大服务载体，努力打造环深圳北站国际人才服务圈，推动各类人才加速聚集，为民治在推进深圳都市核心区建设中提供坚实的人才保障。
Relying on major service carriers such as the Shenzhen North International Talent Station, the Talent Greenway, the Hongshan International Service Center and the Entrepreneurship Service Center for Hong Kong and Macao Youth, the Minzhi International Talent Community strives to build an international talent service circle around the Shenzhen North Railway Station, promote the accelerated gathering of all kinds of talents and provide a solid talent guarantee for Minzhi in promoting the construction of Shenzhen's urban core area.

观澜街道
Guanlan Sub-district
观澜国际人才街区创建点位于深圳市龙华区观澜街道东北部，总面积约9.18平方千米。街区聚汇了“吉尼斯世界第一大球会”观澜高尔夫球会、国内最大红木原材料交易基地、大地生态艺术园、中国版画原创产业基地、龙华区科技创新中心、银星科技园等高新科技、文体、生态旅游服务支柱产业。
Located in the northeastern part of Guanlan Sub-district, Longhua District, Shenzhen, the Guanlan International Talent Community has a total area of about 9.18 square kilometres. The Community is home to the Guinness World's No. 1 Golf Club-the Mission Hills Golf Club, the largest domestic raw materials trading base for rosewood, the Terra Art Ecological Park, the Print Base, the Longhua District Science and Technology Innovation Center, the Silver Star Technology Building and other high-tech, cultural, sports and eco-tourism service pillar industries.
街区以观澜国际化街区服务中心为主阵地，致力打造了“1+N”的人才宜居、宜业、宜游生活服务新型空间。2020年11月1日，观澜街道被授牌“国际人才街区创建点”，成为深圳市首批国际人才街区创建点之一。
With the Guanlan International Community Service Center as the main base, the Community is committed to creating a new "1+N" living service space for talents to live, work and travel. On November 1, 2020, Guanlan Sub-district was awarded the "International Talent Community Piloting Project", becoming one of the first International Talent Community Piloting Projects in Shenzhen.

坪山街道
Pingshan Sub-district
坪山国际人才街区创建点（PITC）于2020年10月31日在“深圳人才日坪山分会场暨坪山人才活动周启动仪式”上正式启用。该街区位于坪山街道六和社区公共文化服务中心，毗邻坪山中心公园，周边生活业态完善。10分钟步行圈内，图书馆、美术馆、大剧院等一系列高品质的文化设施集聚，沿路还设置了中英文标识的导引路牌和地面标线。
Pingshan International Talent Community (PITC) was put into operation on October 31, 2020 at "Pingshan Branch Venue of Shenzhen Talent Day & the Launching Ceremony of PingshanTalent Activity Week". PITC is located in LiuheCommunity Public Cultural Service Center of PingshanStreet and adjacent to Pingshan Central Park, and its surrounding living facilitiesare complete. Within the 10-minute walking circle, there are a series of high-quality cultural facilities such as library, art gallery and grand theater. Along the road, guideboards and ground markings in Chinese and English are set as well.
坪山国际人才街区创建点设置了欢迎中心、展示中心、交流中心三大功能型空间，深度融合了“全球化”与“创新”的元素，契合了“创新坪山”的主题。街区设立了境外人员管理服务中心，可提供包括临时住宿登记、法律税务咨询、出入境等12项涉外业务的“一站式”服务，为辖区外籍人创业、生活提供便利。
Pingshan International Talent Community (PITC) has set up three functional spaces: Welcome Center, Exhibition Center and Exchange Center. PITC deeply integrates the elements of "globalization" and "innovation" and tallies with the theme of "InnovativePingshan". It has set up an overseas personnel management service center, which can provide "one-stop" services including 12 foreign businesses such as temporary accommodation registration, legal and tax consultation and entry-exit services and offer convenience for foreigners to start businesses and live in the district.

光明街道
Guangming Sub-district
光明科学城国际人才街区创建点与光明科学城建设同步谋划、同步推动。近期聚焦人才基础性服务，在全区党群服务中心增加国际人才服务功能，建设一批“光明科学城国际人才服务驿站”创建点，目前首批驿站创建点设在区党群服务中心、招商局智慧城党群服务中心。中期聚焦人才功能性服务，依托华强创意公园集研发办公、人才公寓、开放式商业街区等于一体的设施配套齐备优势，打造“国际人才街区创建点”，目前已建成国际人才服务中心、港澳人才创新创业基地等。远期聚焦人才一体化服务，依托光明科学城天安云谷项目，在规划设计阶段就融入国际化元素，规划筹建集人才居住、人才子女就学、人才创新创业等于一体的国际人才街区创建点，探索建立国际人才街区创建点建设标准。
The International Talent Community of Guangming Science City will be planned and promoted simultaneously with the construction of Guangming Science City. Focusing on the basic talent services, recently we have added international talent service function to the District Party and Mass Service Center, and established a number of pilot sites of "International Talent Service Station of Guangming Science City". At present, the first batch of demonstration sites are located in the District Party and Mass Service Center and the CMIT Party and Mass Service Center. In the medium term, importance will be attached to functional services for talents. We will build the International Talent Community by leveraging the advantages of Huaqiang Idea Park and complete facilities, such as R&D offices, talent apartments and open commercial streets. At present, we have built the International Talent Service Center, Hong Kong and Macao Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base, etc. In the long term, more emphasis will be placed on integrated talent services, leveraging the Tian'an Cloud Park Project of Guangming Science City, and adopting international elements in the planning and design stages. We will plan and build the International Talent Community that combines residence, children’s schooling, talent innovation and entrepreneurship, and gradually establish construction standards for the International Talent Community.

大鹏街道
Dapeng Sub-district
生态家园，多彩大鹏。大鹏办事处东濒大亚湾，西邻大鹏湾，总面积76.24平方公里，海岸线长约31公里，森林覆盖率76%，PM2.5平均浓度低至20.4微克/立方米，立足生态优势，是著名的滨海景观人文小镇，是“奋进·传承·生态·宜居·活力·暖心·融合”的多彩街区。
Dapeng, an ecology-friendly area with infinite potential. With Daya Bay to its east and Dapeng Bay to its west, Dapeng Sub-district covers an area of 76.26 square kilometers. Being a famous coastal resort area and a cultural town, Dapeng has rich ecological resources, including 31 kilometers of coastline, 76% of forest coverage, and the average PM2.5 concentration as low as 20.4 micrograms/m³. Dapeng has been committed to build a community based on endeavour, inheritance, environmental protection, livability, vitality, warmth and integration.
建好“梧桐”林，引得“凤凰”来。大鹏办事处聚焦国际化产业发展规划，完善高端产业布局，辖区共有企业2400余家，拥有首批国家生物产业基地——深圳国际生物谷大鹏新区海洋生物产业园，首个国家级综合性基因库——深圳国家基因库，第一座大型商用核电站——大亚湾核电站，以及LNG、中海油等大型能源企业，为引进人才提供良好发展机遇；大鹏办事处着力提升国际人才服务质量，开展中外文化交流活动和外籍人才“问需、问策”活动，是富有个性化的国际人才街区创建点。
Dapeng has been dedicating to planting a parasol tree forest which draws "the phoenixes". In order to attract more international talents, Dapeng Sub-district Office focuses on industrial development planning and the layout of high-end industries rationalization. There are over 2400 enterprises set foot here, such as Shenzhen International Biological Valley Dapeng New Area Marine Biological Industry Park, which is one of the first national bio-industry bases; Shenzhen National Gene Bank, the first national-level comprehensive Gene Bank, as well as large energy companies such as LNG, CNOOC and Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plants which provide more opportunities for international talents. In addition, Dapeng Sub-district Office has been improving the quality of services, by organizing a series of events and encourage them to share their ideas and opinions about the international talents community project.
