三层以“城市共生”为主题，入目就是名为《鹏城棱镜》的巨大艺术沙盘装置，将深圳的历史、生态、文化、交通、未来等规划内容融入其中，以1：7500的3D打印沙盘本底立体化、多维式呈现深圳自然概貌和城市格局。
The theme of the third floor is＂Urban Symbiosis＂， and there is a huge art sandbox installation called＂Pengcheng Prism＂ at the entrance． It integrates Shenzhen＇s history， ecology， culture， transportation， future， and other planning contents， and presents Shenzhen＇s natural overview and urban pattern in a three－dimensional and multi－dimensional way with a1：7，5003D printed sandbox background．
围绕《鹏城棱镜》的是《生态文明》展区，通过图文、视频、音频及物理互动的四维立体打造，将深圳海洋、海洋带、土地和城市四种不同的栖息地概念及相关规划生动地呈现在观展者面前。
The＂Ecological Civilization＂ zone is surrounded by the＂Pengcheng Prism＂． The zone vividly presents the four different habitat concepts of Shenzhenand relates plans of Shenzhen＇s ocean， marine belt， land and city to the viewers through graphics， video， audio and physical interaction．
